Swedish electronic producer Klur dropped his follow-up album After The Rain Friday, October 3rd, on Colorize. Coming off the 2022 debut Visions, it refined his talent for stacking detailed textures, nature-sourced clips, and melodies that hit straight, keeping him in the thick of progressive and melodic house. He’s already pulled in more than 100 million Spotify streams, a place in STIM‘s list of 100 up-and-coming Swedish writers, and consistent plays on SiriusXM Chill, with key players like Lane 8, Above & Beyond, Black Coffee, and Armin van Buuren giving it their stamp. That’s the sort of momentum that’s got him turning heads across the scene.

Leading singles laid out the blueprint: ‘Sequoia’ mixes in real-world sounds with steady synth glow and light hallucinatory twists that lock in from the jump. ‘Impossible’ ropes in LA’s LeyeT for vocals that settle into roomy setups and laid-back kicks. The closer ‘After The Rain’ brings Klur together with Norway’s Ole-Bjørn Talstad on keys, trading ambient washes for locked-in melodic runs that underline his growth within the genre.

Klur‘s been a Colorize regular since starters like ‘Summit’ and ‘Odysée’, building to the ones that stuck—‘Floating’, ‘Entangled’, and ‘Roots’—all while probing what melodic house can handle next.
